Goverment

Employee Satisfaction
Situation: The internal revenue system of a foreign government needed to evaluate its employee satisfaction. It also needed to redefine roles and expectations for each position and the perception of certain changes made to management.

Solution: Strategy Link suggested the use of its Employee Satisfaction module to perform a survey in which the perception of the new changes was to be measured according to work areas, experience working for the company, and position within the organization. The survey was performed in all parts of the country, gathering specific information on the most affected group of employees, their reasons for insatisfaction, and the possible corrective measures to take. Corrective actions were taken in order to improve corporate image and provide attention to certain departments within the organization that needed special care.

Status: The success of the tool prompted the request of the performance management module, which is the next step towards improving the efficiency of the organization.
