	Strategic Alignment
	Situation: Client XYZ has always placed human resources as their primary attribute. In an effort to empower the work force, the client decided it needed to align work efforts with the company’s strategy.
	Solution: Strategy Link evaluated the client's situation and recommended the right tool for the strategy alignment. The client opted to receive the appropriate training for the entire application immediately so that they could implement each module as needed.
	Status: The application has been installed and all training has been given. The client is currently making preparations to design a competency dictionary in order to begin training and evaluation efforts. The client has also decided to request SLS’ consulting services in order to break down corporate objectives into day to day activities for each employee. This will be done through the use of SLS’ balanced scorecard methodology.

	Aligning Business Units
	Situation: Client ABC has recently recognized the need to align all its business units to a corporate strategy. Each business unit also needed to be aligned with itself, so that any changes in corporate strategy could be implemented quickly and without loss.
	Solution: Strategy Link suggested the alignment of each unit onto itself through the balanced scorecard methodology, using the Performance Management module to track progress. It also suggested the alignment of this tool on all units in order to comply with corporate strategy swiftly and in conjunction with all units. The client implemented the solution in two of its seven business units successfully and decided to continue with the remaining units.
	Status: The remaining units are currently being aligned with the corporate strategy and the application will begin to be implemented once all units have been successfully aligned through the Balanced Scorecard methodology. The client will then proceed to implement a competency structure on all units in order to achieve results outlined by the scorecard.
